• Pantone and Spot Colour matching is not available.
• Images to be supplied before artwork begins for those packages incorporating existing artwork.
• Additional files, resizing and file formats are available on request at $ 16.50 each.
• Additional disks are available at $ 11 each.
• For printwork sized A3 and larger, 600 dpi files can be provided on request for an additional fee of up to $ 27.50. This is due to the extended time it takes to generate these large files. Please let us know before a design process begins.
• There are recommended file formats within the packages but the following file formats are also available:
  • Editable: Adobe Illustrator (version 9, 10, CS), Corel Draw (version 7 - 13)
    
  • Partially Editable: Adobe Photoshop PSD (version CS)
    
  • Non Editable: GIF, JPEG, EPS, TIFF
